Reminds me a bit of Princess Mombi from the movie Return to Oz. It's a good thing the little boy had a wise old woman to talk him through the nights or he would have been toast!
+ The Two Friends
It was a nice promise, but did the dead friend really intend for 300 years to pass? Is it because the dead have no concept of time and he was just trying to celebrate with his friend? MYSTERIES.
